Du erstellst und leitest Vorlesungen und bist verantwortlich für die individuelle Betreuung unserer dual Studierenden während ihrer Prüfungen und bei der Erstellung ihrer Abschlussarbeiten. Du vermittelst praxisnah fundiertes Basiswissen im Marketingmanagement und bist in der Lage, unsere Studierenden beispielsweise in den folgenden Bereichen auszubilden: Online-Marketing, internationales und interkulturelles Marketing, Digital Business und die Bedeutung des Konsumentenverhaltens für Marketingentscheidungen. Du bist an der kreativen Entwicklung von Lehrformaten innerhalb des didaktischen Konzeptes der IU für das duale Studium beteiligt und entwickelst dies in kollegialer Zusammenarbeit weiter. Dein Profil Der Ansatz der IU Internationale Hochschule ist es, praxisnahe Inhalte zu vermitteln. Daher wird ein:e Expert:in im Bereich Marketingmanagement gesucht, welche:r sich durch bisherige Berufspraxis, wissenschaftlicher Expertise sowie didaktische Fähigkeiten auszeichnet und diese in die Lehre an der IU einbringt.
