Your missionIn this role, you will work closely with the VP of Commercial, leading acquisitions and negotiations, and drafting contracts with customers and partners to facilitate deal closures. You will represent the company externally and advocate for the customer internally. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to the technical sales managers.
Your Day-to-Day Lead the sales process, manage acquisitions, draft contracts, and negotiate with customers. Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, driving customers through the process. Represent the company in external meetings and trade shows. Act as the company's representative in customer meetings and industry events. Gather customer insights and relay them internally to align product development with customer needs. Represent the customers at company meetings. Develop the sales team and sales process to make it as efficient as possible. Translate engineering perspectives into value-added features for customers and communicate customer needs back to engineering. Guide and mentor technical sales managers, building and developing the sales team with necessary functions and training. Your profile Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, business school, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 10+ years in a similar role. Practical experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on mentality with high empathy, attention to detail, and integrity. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Why us? Be part of an ambitious team shaping the future of aviation. VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO 2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.
