    Accomplishes results primarily through management and/or experienced specialists who exercise significant latitude and independence. Provides strategic direction to one or more departments.     We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Engineering to lead our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Directory Services team within the Information Security department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IGA, a passion for cybersecurity, and the ability to drive engineering principles for IAM products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage the IGA and Directory Services engineering team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Drive the development and implementation of IGA solutions, including Saviynt and SailPoint platforms, to enhance security frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Oversee the management and optimization of directory services, including LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud-based directory services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders, to align IGA and directory services initiatives with business objectives.Develop and maintain high-quality, audit-ready identity governance systems that adhere to differing regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, enabling collaboration and shared understanding.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IGA, directory services, and cybersecurity to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

    Proven experience leading advisor transitions or onboarding functions within a broker-dealer, RIA, or hybrid firm.

    Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams.
