  THIS IS WHAT YOU ENJOYDesigning effective controls: Coordination, maintenance, and further development of controls and security-related measuresTracking measures: Control, monitoring, reporting, and escalation for transparent implementationReliably verifying effectiveness: Regular reviews of the control framework and identification of improvementsProfessionally supporting audits: Planning and documentation of internal ISMS audits as well as coordination of external auditsSustainably improve service processes: Responsibility for ITIL-based IT service processes with a focus on securityDeliver substantive reporting: Management-oriented reporting on risks, controls, audits, and measuresFurther developing tools: Technical ownership of Matrix42, including data quality, process mapping, and reportingWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEDegree or training in (business) information technology or comparable qualification3–5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally including IT incident managementKnowledge of IT management frameworks, particularly ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred)Experience working with Matrix42 or comparable ESM toolsFamiliarity with relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27031, BSI, KRITISExperience in IT project managementStrong initiative, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to workFluent German and good English skillsWHAT WE OFFER YOURemote work & flexible hoursWork-life balanceFruit, coffee, and beveragesPersonal developmentJobRad, vacation pay, and Christmas bonus

  THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL ENJOYAnalyzing security measures: Reviewing existing measures and identifying opportunities for optimizationIdentifying risks: Identifying security-relevant assets as well as associated threats and risksDefining security objectives: Derive and develop appropriate security objectivesHelp shape the ISMS: Participate in the operation and further development of an information security management systemMaintain reliable documentation: Create and maintain documentationProfessionally developing guidelines : Drafting procedural descriptions and guidelines for handling information security-related issuesRaising employee awareness: Implementing measures to train employees in the area of information and data securityWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEAt least 5 years of professional experience in the IT security field as an IT Administrator (m/f/d) or System Engineer (m/f/d)Expert knowledge in the areas of perimeter security as well as email and web securityIn-depth knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as IT-Grundschutz, ISO 17799, ISO 27001, and ISO/IEC 13335Very good network knowledgeStrong conceptual skills and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken EnglishWHAT WE OFFER YOUWork from home & flexible working hoursWork-life balanceFruit, coffee, and beveragesPersonal developmentJobRad, vacation pay, and Christmas bonus
