In dieser Position bist du im Bereich Regulatory & Auditing als Apotheker:in zentrale Ansprechperson für pharmazeutisch-regulatorische Fragestellungen innerhalb der Organisation.
Deine Aufgaben
Mitarbeit in einem spezialisierten Team im Bereich Pharma Regulations & Audits sowie Übernahme der Rolle als zentrale:r Wissensträger:in.Durchführung von Audits und Compliance-Prüfungen, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Begleitung der Umsetzung.Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Compliance- und Qualitätsprozessen.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Legal, Quality, operative Teams) sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation und reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit.Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Förderung des Compliance-Bewusstseins und aktiver Beitrag zu einer Kultur von Qualität und Verantwortung.Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Apotheken- oder Gesundheitsumfeld.Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder im Compliance-Umfeld, vorzugsweise mit Audit-Erfahrung.Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen des deutschen und niederländischen Apothekenmarktes sind von Vorteil.Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse; Niederländischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.Affinität zu digitalen Anwendungen sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.Um dich bestmöglich zu unterstützen, bieten wir dir ein attraktives Leistungspaket, das auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt ist – von Gesundheit über persönliche Entwicklung bis hin zu Arbeitsfreude:
