10+ years of solutions consulting or sales engineering experience as a technical SMEStrong domain experience in PLM, deep understanding of PTC’s products and implementation services as well as enterprise processes for product development.Proven track record of driving technical wins in PLM sales engagements.Robust understanding of Windchill data models, configuration and customization, enterprise system integrations, and deployment strategies.Solid grasp of enterprise master data and digital product traceability/Digital Thread principles.Knowledge of Cloud based infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, critically, and analytically.High competency in building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.High degree of comfort with senior management/executive-level engagement; able to carry executive-level enterprise process discussions and support solution validation best practice and oversight.Demonstrated ability to work and adjust across cultures.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of an inter-disciplinary, cross-functional, and high-performing team.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred

OverviewAs a Principal Technical Architect reporting into the SaaS Delivery Management Office, you will be a key stakeholder supporting the project team. You will work closely with our customer partners in the implementation and conversion of their current PLM system to Windchill+. Work with implementation partner architects to design, implement, and validate solutions deployed in Windchill Plus SaaS. Engage client/partner executive personnel to align program goals with high-level business objectives.
