We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative (gn) who can sell complex SaaS/PaaS or industrial software solutions to OEMs, Tier-1s and selected Tier-2 manufacturers.
Your MissionAs the first dedicated Enterprise Sales Representative, you will take ownership of winning strategic new logos and building long-term enterprise relationships.
You will work closely with the CRO, Customer Success, Enterprise Architects, Project Engineers and senior stakeholders to take complex opportunities from initial engagement through Proof of Value and ultimately to multi-year platform agreements.
Your Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and first engagement through negotiation and closing.Win new OEM, Tier-1 and selected Tier-2 manufacturing customers across Germany and the DACH region.Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.Identify customer pain points and develop compelling, consultative business cases.Design and lead Proofs of Value (PoVs) with clear paths toward scalability and standardisation.Present value propositions and business cases to C-level executives, board members and P&L owners.Demonstrate how software and AI-driven automation can create measurable operational and financial impact.Drive platform-led, consultative sales rather than transactional product selling.Collaborate with ecosystem and technology partners to develop and close opportunities.Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers.Build strong executive sponsorship within strategic accounts.Develop multi-year platform relationships and identify opportunities for long-term account expansion. What We're Looking For Must-Have Experience 8+ years of enterprise new-business sales experience, ideally within SaaS, PaaS, industrial software or technology platforms.Proven track record of selling complex solutions with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.Experience selling into manufacturing environments, ideally involving OEMs, Tier-1s or industrial enterprises.Demonstrated ability to convert Proofs of Value into scalable commercial frameworks or long-term agreements.Strong understanding of SaaS/PaaS business models and enterprise technology environments.Good understanding of IT/OT environments, ideally including technologies such as MES, SCADA, IIoT or industrial automation.Strong executive communication skills with the ability to build and defend business cases at C-level and board level.Ability to articulate commercial value, ROI and P&L impact rather than focusing solely on technical features.Experience with consultative and platform-led selling.Experience working with strategic partners or ecosystem partners.Strong CRM discipline, with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.Excellent presentation skills, including executive-level PowerPoint/Slides.Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills.University degree or equivalent higher education. Nice to Have Experience working closely with Customer Success during enterprise handover and expansion.Familiarity with robotics, Physical AI, industrial automation or manufacturing technology.Experience building advanced Excel-based business cases or financial models.Experience with Confluence or similar documentation platforms.Existing network across German manufacturing, industrial or automation companies.
