    The Customs Process Administrator (CPA) for the Customs Control Tower is responsible within a team for the coordination, organization, and follow-up of customs services, within a single point of contact.

    A CPA receives extensive internal and external training and daily support. The role and competencies become more complex and rewarding over time to enhance the collaboration with our clients.

    Please note that it is required for this position to work from our office in Soest.

Key Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all technical equipment and facility systems on site.

    Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and carrying out repairs. Support audits, technical inspections, and regulatory assessments.

    Continuous Improvement Report recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions. Communicate clearly regarding equipment status, risks, and required actions Required Skills Professional High School Diploma (Bac Pro MEI) or 2-year technical degree (BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, MAI, etc.). 1–3 years minimum in a logistics or automated industrial environment.

    Strong knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electricity, and automation. Familiarity with automated logistics systems (a plus). Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.

    Proficiency with diagnostic tools and CMMS.     We are seeking a highly motivated and Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational excellence strategies across the warehouse and logistics operations.

    Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals. Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts.

    Manage and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of process improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a "Safety First" culture.

    Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

    Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
