Your tasks in detail:
Driving locally disciplinary and globally technically the Raw Data Processing development (incl. planning, concept & verification)Leading and developing a high-performing international team, fostering individual growth and technical excellenceActively supporting and leading organizational improvement topics by acting as a supporting mentorDefining and executing strategic roadmaps for Radar Raw Data Processing (existing and future) features aligned with product strategiesActing as a visionary leader, driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across radar feature and product developmentPermanently driving cross-domain alignment activities between all involved developers and departments worldwide to ensure integration and functionality of the whole Radar processingEstablishing and monitoring objective feedback channels (content/time/cost) measuring the performance to drive the organizationExternal sub-contract management to cover engineering capacity demands that cannot be covered internallyApplication and compliance with R&D processes and standards within group and assurance of adequate documentationAlignment and interaction with the internal and external customers and participation in workshops, audits & quoteActively supporting Demos, Acquisitions and Quotes (RFI & RFQ) including alignment on requirementsApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
