As a Supplier Quality Engineer , you will drive supplier performance, lead qualification activities, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Role
In this position, you will play a key role at the interface between engineering, manufacturing, service, and our global customers. You will initially work hands-on with our systems, and over time, you will help scale knowledge across the organization.
This role combines commissioning, troubleshooting, system understanding, and technical knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
Commission, calibrate, and support complex semiconductor and display manufacturing systems at customer sites worldwide
Perform advanced troubleshooting directly on the equipment (mechanical, electrical, software, and system level)
Develop and document Best Known Methods (BKMs), troubleshooting guides, service bulletins, and technical procedures
Create training materials and deliver training to Customer Engineers, Technical Product Support teams, and other stakeholders

Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Import/Export Specialist to support and manage all international trade activities within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping processes, and excels at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this role requires solid Project Management capabilities to lead and implement cross‑functional initiatives related to trade compliance, process optimization, and global logistics.
This position is offered as a fixed‑term contract for a duration of 18 months and requires onsite presence of 80% -100% at the company location in Heimstetten, near Munich
Key Responsibilities:
Import & Export Operations
Manage end‑to‑end import and export processes, including documentation, booking, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, customs regulations (e.g., EU customs code, export controls), and internal company policies.

About the Role
We are establishing a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cleanliness within R&D to ensure that cleanliness requirements are defined, designed for, and verified at component and system levels. In this role, you will work closely with the experts responsible for the operational side of cleanliness, who focus on Cleanliness & Contamination Control and ensure that the specifications defined during development are not only met but also consistently maintained throughout serial production.
A key benefit of this new role is the ability to drive foundational cleanliness research and benchmarking and to support multiple development projects with cross‑cutting expertise. This includes activities such as evaluating advanced materials and coatings, identifying low‑outgassing or low‑particle‑generating materials, and validating new surface treatments that enhance cleanability. Your work will generate insights, standards, and best practices that benefit every current and future product platform.
As the SME for Cleanliness, you will define cleanliness specifications, guide design choices, assess manufacturability and cleaning compatibility, and develop verification methodologies to confirm clean-state compliance.

As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance the equipment that supports our technology. Development and implementation of test stands and methods for analog and digital electronics for electron beam inspection systems in the display and semiconductor industry in close cooperation with a team of physicists, designers, and system engineers
Planning and implementation of electronics for the operation of complex electron-optical systems
Specification, project management and acceptance of external hardware and software components
Prototype setup for testing and evaluating new developments
Creating documentation for suppliers and manufacturing
Change management (documentation, BOM definition, obsolescence)
Profile:
University degree (university, university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
Design and development of precision electronics (current and voltage sources, low-noise amplifiers, raster and imaging systems)
Specification and application of precision high-voltage supplies (up to 30 kV)
Design of digital control electronics

As a Supplier Quality Engineer , you will drive supplier performance, lead qualification activities, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Key responsibilities:
Selection, qualification, and auditing of new and existing suppliers
Support in validating suppliers’ series production capabilities (statistical process control, implementation of test methods, spare parts management)
Ensuring reliable capacity and infrastructure for high‑volume production at the supplier
Participation in operational and strategic procurement projects (dual sourcing, change management, capacity projects)
Execution and technical leadership of the product qualification process for critical modules
Integration into the NPI development process in close collaboration with the engineering department

Qualification and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
