Your contribution
As part of the global transformation, your focus will be our global Advantest architecture. You will shape our globally harmonized business processes with the required trusted business data, incorporating the business capabilities and required applications. Special love and care are needed for our data model and data integration.
Act as a consultant to partner effectively with business users, partners and suppliers
Develop and maintain a scalable, integrated and modular architecture to strengthen and enhance our Advantest operating model
Develop and implement a standard framework for visualizing and maintaining our company architecture, the As Is, the To Be target architecture as well as the different development stages
Ensure that new solutions design fit into the target architecture and achieve our holistic end to end design principles
Support transformation projects by establishing optimized data models in the source systems, document the data model; also govern together with Global Data Warehouse Team the data model in the data warehouse
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for improving the data governance, including the data foundation, data model, data integration and data quality
Mentor business users on data ownership and drive a data driven culture and mentality
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable.
Must have significant experience working as Data Architect in transformation projects in different process areas, like Sales / SADM, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Finance
Must have good business and process knowledge how process and data fit together E2E and company wide
Solid experience with enterprise architecture, data modeling and governance frameworks
Knowledge of TOGAF, Archimate, Sparks, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0 or similar are key
Technical expertise regarding data models in source systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, PLM;
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Azure, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques; programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment, ability to translate technical language into simple business language
Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus
Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders

As a System Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless product integration, robust test processes, and high quality operational performance across global integration centers (GIC, NPIC). You will own KPI management, test equipment strategy, and NPI readiness while driving continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence quality and delivery performance.
KPI Management & Reporting: Perform trend and pareto analysis, as well as KPI calculations, conduct root cause analysis and lead improvement initiatives down to product level, trend monitoring to improve quality and operational output. Provide transparent performance insights across stakeholders
Equipment Accountability: for all GIC test and integration equipment, including maintenance and support plans, own equipment for DUT boards, equipment for performance verification, and Hipot systems.
