    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe DX business with focus on FSI, based ideally in Frankfurt area or in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg).
    As Sr. Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic FSI accounts within Adobe DX. You'll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely across Adobe's matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.

    What You'll Do

    Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs

    Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention

    Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities

    Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy

    Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management

    Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives
    What You Bring

    5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in Saa S (not overlay roles)

    10+ years in direct Saa S software sales (software + services a plus)

    Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI

    Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles

    Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development

    Excellent communication skills in English and German

    Manager Enterprise Sales you will lead our strategic FSI accounts within Adobe DX.

    You ll manage and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely across Adobe s matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.

    What You ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs Own Adobe s top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives What You Bring 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles) 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus) Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development Excellent communication skills in English and German Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
